Welcome to Mark Boutillier Osteopathy!

Gentle, hands-on treatment to support the body’s movement, balance, and overall function.

Whether you’re struggling with persistent pain, tension, or your baby’s comfort and developmental concerns, gentle manual osteopathy can help the body move and function more freely.

Manual osteopathy works with the body’s muscles, joints, spine, connective tissues, and nervous system to identify and release areas of restriction. By restoring mobility and balance, treatment supports the body’s natural ability to adapt, reduce tension, and improve comfort.

Explore how osteopathy can help adults with chronic or complex pain, or support infants and children with early developmental and comfort concerns.
